Cancellation Policy

At Campable Inc., we strive to provide our customers with high-quality camping equipment and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and you may need to return or cancel your rental equipment. This refund policy outlines our policies and procedures for refunds and cancellations.

1) Free Cancellations: Customers are allowed to cancel their rental reservation free of charge up to 72 hours prior to the start of their rental period.

2) Refunds: If a customer cancels their reservation within 72 hours of the start of the rental period, no refund will be provided.

3) Notification of Cancellation: To cancel a reservation, customers must notify Campable Inc. in writing via email or phone. Campable Inc. will confirm receipt of the cancellation request and provide a written confirmation of the cancellation and any applicable refunds.

4) Payment Processing: Refunds for cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the start of the rental period will be processed within five to ten business days of the receipt of the cancellation request. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

5) Changes to Rental Dates: Customers may change their rental dates up to 72 hours prior to the start of their rental period, subject to availability. Changes made within 72 hours of the start of the rental period will be subject to the terms of this cancellation policy.

6) No-Shows: No refunds will be provided for customers who are not available for their rental delivery, regardless of the reason.

7) Right to Modify Policy: Campable Inc. reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time, with or without notice.
